Paid for a service I'm not getting due to your accounts departments negligence!!!!!

Absolute WORST customer service we have ever experienced!! If you actually want wifi and internet that work find another company!! We paid our account on the 25/11 and the accounts department did not allocate the payment so our account was suspended. Doesn't sound like a huge issue, send pop and activate account, right? Nooo we have been struggling for the last week to get our connection activated, every time you speak to someone different who gives another bulls**t excuse and promises to get back to you but don't! Non existent customer service and clearly a bunch of people that don't do their jobs!! No wonder reviews cannot be made on their fb page because it would be inundated with bad ones!! Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company!!
