Overdue R395 refund since 29 September 21

I am still waiting CAS-830672-B3Z1Y3, what are you people busy with if you have not even asked for proof of payment, i paid on your standard bank not Vuma, just refund my R395 please. Over a month now, no updates just let know if i will not get my money, then I'll know.
