Order delay

I wanted to find out what seems to be the problem with my order, I placed an order on the 9th of May. I got confirmation that my installation will be in 3-5 working days, but till today my Air Fibre has not been installed, yet alone been delivered. I only got a call to confirm my address, after that I have been calling the whole week still nothing. Can you please assist me, because I placed this order for a valid reason not for entertainment. I need this to be installed atleast by Wednesday the 19th of May 2021. I am frustrated of doing follow up with this delivery. I am even considering to log formal complaint against Supersonic.
