On going and extremely poor internet connection

Supersonic is worst than Government entities. We've been internet connection issues with them for the past three months. Yesterday we could not connect again we called their call centre and their *********** agents have been sending us pillar to post. Saying the issue is with Vuma fibre. One of the consultants told us there's an outage. The technician by the name of Thapelo called us an she couldn't fix the problem and promised to call us, she never called. We still can't connect to Wi Fi
