Not sure how supersonic has the highest rating

It's been 28 days since I've done my online application. Frogfoot installed the line after 6 days. Nothing, absolutely nothing after that. No router, I've messaged and countless times someone is going to call me, still waiting. Yes, on the 19th of December its going to be 30 days.
