Not satisfied.

I have not had good service when it comes to the payment services and getting assistance.

I have been double debited, I made a payment 3 days ago and they have not been able to pick up my payment. I am shocked at their service.

I send emails to *** notifying them of my bank changes, and also that I have made payment and as to why I was double debited. but I get no response on emails.
