NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I don't know what else to do now with supersonic i called in today was advised that one of the Towers must be updated hence i'm experiencing bad signal its been 2 months now crying out loud for the same problem over and over again my router is on 3 bar signal hardly on 5 and i cannot perform my work I'm actually working from home. I want the CEO Calvin Collett to know what i'm facing and i'm paying R 1000 monthly for uncapped i'm really struggling with this supersonic it reminds me of RAIN had a huge problem with Rain and i cancelled joined supersonic thinking connection will be much better but i was wrong supersonic is worse than RAIN...CALL ME *** VUSI S MAHLANGU
