Not getting what i paid for

Every month, after loadshedding my business internet speed drops from 20/20 to less than 1mb. Normally 0.1. When i phone to get it fixed it takes a long time and costs a lot of money. Asking them to phone back never helps as you then you have to phone back. I an sick of losing money every time my internet drops and i cant get my work out. I understand things like this happens but fix it. And dont take 4 to 8 days everytime we have loadshedding
