No service once again from Supersonic

This is now the 2nd time I have had issues with supersonic the first time I had 2 wait 2 months for them to come and do my installation NOW I am waiting since the 11th of February for a relocation of my line 2 technicians have come out and have been of absolutely no help because they don't seem to be interested in anything. I once again have to be calling every single day and still no feedback from them the area manager is supposed to be calling me since last week to let me know what is going on. This is totally unacceptable especially with working from home and kids having online school classes
