No service from Super sonic

Can someone help me I am stuck with the useless service of Super Sonic fibre.

I was referred by Nepic when Nepic was bought over but Super Sonic was quick to sing me up and was slow with providing the installation of the fibre line.

Now my router has still not been delivered and the line activation is not happening and I am losing customers.

Super Sonic is not responding to questions or updates and I am not the only one can some one help me here please,
