No free upgrade and internet speed has gone down

I have a 100mbps line and the current speed sits at about 40mbps. I have to work remotely and the internet is so slow, yet I am paying for the 100mbps line.

Supersonic advertised that we would get an upgrade to a higher speed for free for the month of April and May, to date I have not received the upgrade and April is almost over.

Not sure why you would advertise something but don't deliver on it.
