No fibre internet - acc no S***

I contacted them on Thursday, 3rd of September, no fibre internet until now, they were supposed to send out technician, Themba were supposed to phone on Saturday as he told us it will be fixed by then. It us ztuesday already and still no internet. I run online business and loosing money.
