No connection since the last loadshedding and no help from supersonic

From the fine I signed up with supersonic it has been an uphill battle with them. First time I had to wait 3 Weeks for them to come and do the installation then when I moved I had problems with them coming to move the line. They have no suspended my service after THEM not taking the money and me requesting numerous times for bank details I call the call center and hold on for more than half an hour emails sent no replies no feedback at all. They suspend my service with no notice at all not an email not a message not a phone call nothing I have requested a cancelation letter 2 months ago I am still waiting for them to get back to me. When you do get through to someone they send you from pillar to post with still no response or resolution they clearly have no regard for customers or customer service.
