No client service . Bad service of router that just gets deactivated

Bad service and no call back as my router goes off and come back on for a short time just to go off again. I don't use all my data every month and this month that I have apparently used 100% of my data you switch my router off. That is very unprofessional and I mailed and called and ask for call back no one called and no mail gets answered. My account nr is S***. I will stop payment if this is the service I get for paying on time every month and get wifi somewhere else.
