No accountability

I've written 2 reviews on Supersonic fibre and am just amazed by the lack of accountability from this company. I've also noted that I'm not the only person with this exact complaint. Once again I must ask who keeps this company accountable as they obviously has no respect for their clients . No matter how many times you lodge a complaint no one takes any notice.....
