NEVER USE SUPERSONIC!!!!

Absolutely appalling service from Supersonic. We've been trying to find out what the issue is with our fibre connection for almost 2 weeks and it seems no one wants to help. Promised call backs. nothing. Speak to agents, after waiting hours on hold, and they drop the call. No call back. Call and call and call and call again only to have no one willing or able to advise or assist. I am so horrified and shocked with this level of service and highly recommend people consider other options! It's not worth the headache!! Extremely disappointed and upset with this entire situation.
