Nepic sold us out! Supersonic service is non existent

I received no prior notification that Nepic had 'merged' with supersonic or sold their client base to them, they have debited my account in advance for what I thought would be continued Nepic service, I have been offline all day, nobody answers the call center phones, I have emailed and whatsapped and nobody has called me back I did not sign up or agree to this change, and the service is absolutely shocking, I want my money back!
