MTN- SUPERSONIC rip-off

I app**** for this service on 23 February 2022, I had to pay R1 + R399 to activate it. The advert said free delivery, free router, free sim. I received the router on the 1 March 2022 with a bill for R285. I phoned Supersonic to enquire what the R400 was for because the adverti*****t said free. They lady on the other side tried to explain that it was for the router so I told her advert said free, then she tried to say delivery and the same response. Clearly she didn't know what she was talking about. I phoned the technical department and they said I shouldn't have received the invoice that it was covered by the R400. Finally someone knew what they were talking about, only to my dismay. My service was cut off and I received a notice for payment of the R385. MTN is the owner of Supersonic. I'm very disappointed that this SA company takes advantage of new customers in this way.
