MTN Supersonic Fibre Sucks

I app**** for a fibre contract with Supersonic only to be told that their installation team went to the neighbouring complex. I received no feedback whatsoever about this. I then sent through a cancellation email which was received on the 20th of April. To date I am being messed around and no cancellation has been actioned which is holding up my move to a new ISP.
