MTN SUPERSONIC FIBRE IS TERRIBLE!!

Do NOT use Supersonic Fibre ISP!!!

I had to transfer from VOX to MTN Supersonic ISP when I moved to my new house. I requested the service to be activated in January 2021, and also requested a VOIP phone to be included in the installation. By 15 July 2021, after more than 30 calls to the call centre where you could hold for MORE THAN ONE HOUR, I gave up on the VOIP phone and the in ability to contact MTN Supersonic staff. I consulted my neighbours, and they said use Home Connect, which has turned out to be much better.

Furthermore, since cancelling the SUPERSONIC FIBRE service in July (effective 31 August) I still have the DEBIT ORDERS coming off MONTHLY, and requested numerous times for cancellation and refund without success and it is now 3 January 2022 - FIVE MONTHS LATER!

All I can say is DON'T USE SUPERSONIC FIBRE!
