Mtn Supersonic fibre

Good day. I have been trying to cancel my contract with supersonic. After numerous attempts via calling and refusing to give me a reference number and promising me that the issue will be resolved. I have emailed 6 emails try to cancel the contract at ***. I have tried since the 17th of May 2021 to cancel and no one contacts me back. Last time I spoke to a consultant was on the 29th of June ( If I remember correctly) and she promised me that the fibre will be off from the 1st of July 2021.

Today is the 6th of July 2021.

I wil not pay any invoice from the 30th of June 2021.

I did comply by sending a email to you 30 days in advance.

Nobody seemed to care to contact me.
