MTN Supersonic by far a useless Fibre provider.

Every few days almost twice a week the Fibre does not work, we have to call the and spend another 2 to 3 hours getting internet back.

The Fibre box or modem they provided is at fault but being cheap scates they will not replace it.

Today internet off again and now supersonic does not take any calls. It's not the vodacom problem it's supersonic and the cheap Chinese modem and poor handling of internet connection and just a bad ISP Provider.

This provider has completely lost its ability to provide a reliable fibre service. My neigbour who also has vodacom fibre but is with another provider mweb never has such issues.

Sad that MTN has such a poor fibre service in form of MTN Supersonic
