Worst ISP ever. The interneter speed drops below 10 mb/s everyday, even though you pay for 50mb up an down, you can't even have a video call on Skype or zoom, because the packet loss is so bad. That don't even install a proper router(it's a ONT) and it's more than 5 years old(yes that's how long we've been at supersonic) and there is no customer service. I have phoned more than 6 times and every time you go through the same process and they say they willsend a technician, but no still no technician has ever come out in the 5 years we've been at supersonic.

Even if you try to cancel your line with them it's impossible.

At the end of the I have been paying a lot of money each month for a 50 mb line and definitely not getting what I pay for. They are ripping me off, not giving what you pay for. It doesn't sound right. Theyre actually *****ing money from I don't know how many people. I Wish there were a way to sue the company and that they then have to refund everyone that did not receive what they paid for I really don't know anymore.
