Money gone but no connectivity

Supersonic has done it again. After waiting on a call for 30 min to speak to a consultant i was then transferred where i waited again. After getting answered, i explained to the lady at billing that i topped up my account twice today but hours later my account is still not active. This is really frustrating. Already supersonic owes me 1 month of subscription, secondly i topped up with R300 and I am still not active. ***
