MNT Supersonic - holding fiber line rand-some

Supersonic are unable to cancel my contract and is holding my fiber line rand-some.

After giving a months notice and even paying a cancellation fee MTN Supersonic is holding my fiber line rand-some and does not want to sent me a cancellation letter and release my fiber line so that I can go to another service provider.
