Missing payment horrible customer service from supersonic Accounts department

Made an account payment using supersonic online payment system netcash, the payment went through but was never allocated, I send through multiple proof of payments but their accounts department just ignores me with no explanation to what happened to my payment, I phone netcash their payment provider and they confirmed my payment did go through, I have open multiple cases with their consultants send through my bank proof of payment and nothing absolutely nothing after a month the payment has just disappeared, supersonic than went and disconnected my service forcing me to make another payment while the first payment disappeared I don't know who is responsible supersonic or netcash but they are both equally useless when it come to service. I have given up all hope and will be moving to Afrihost Next month...Supersonic Great internet service, but useless horrible Customer service with no feedback what so ever, If you looking for Good Reliable Customer support supersonic does not have that.
