Look for another ISP

Supersonic Fibre's Service has deteriorated over the last year - from slow internet speeds and 1 hour waiting times on call centres, it's really been unbearable having them as my ISP. In addition to that, they always act like you're doing them a favour when you request changes to their packages.

It started out quite well, but it is going to end bitterly. I don't recommend Supersonic Fibre to anyone.
