LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service at Supersonic. My internet got cancelled, to this day I have no idea who authorized this as it sure as hell was not me. I was assured all will be up and running by yesterday, still I wake up to no internet. How am I expected to work from home without internet I PAID FOR????? Londeka was the lady I dealt with, she still has not called me back. Your service is ridiculous and the fact that no one is held accountable for disconnecting is even more shocking!!!
