Long overdue refund

I am still waiting for the invistigation, yet i am shocked how is that taking place without my proof of payment being seen to verify, to clear things i did not pay to Vuma but supersonic standard bank account, can you people refund my R395, and stop this run around its getting tiring, for your reputation just refund my money.
