Line Release

I have requested Supersonic to send me a "line release letter" at the 8th of December so they mentioned that I must pay them the amount of R2300 for canceling. The amount was paid but I'm stil waiting for my line to be released and my letter. It's almost the 8th of Jan 2022 ...one month later and no assistance.

You mite as well close down if this is the service you are providing. Ridiculous!
