Line being held hostage

Since April 2021 to July 2021 i have sent numerus requests to Supersonic to cancel my fiber APPLICATION request. The service was NEVER provided, No router provided, No application processed. I simple asked for their different options however Supersonic went and blocked the lines. Now i cannot choose other ISP as I am held Line hostage by Supersonic. This is totally unfair and *********. I have been with out internet for 4 months now. Reference number i was provided back in April is Cancelation of Fibre [#***. I am now going to lodge a complaint with ISPA or ICASA.
