*** services from supersonic

I placed an order with supersonic on the 25th June 2021,paid the premium of R395 upfront as requested. Was told that a technician will come on the 28th June at 10:30 to do my installation the guy arrived almost an hour later, did the installation and then realised that there was port missing on the outside connection. so he said that someone will come back before the end of the day but non showed,so i followed up with Supersonic on their whatsapp line and was told that someone will come on the 30 June 2021 the guys showed up at around 2 or 3 o clock. no assisted with anything was told that i will an sms or email with my username and password with came at 16:40pm that afternoon. when i try connecting to the connection it says connected with internet. i tried calling the number provided numerous times but there is no answer and when the call is eventually answered they agents hung up. i called again this morning eventually got through to someone and i advised of my issue and she says my password is incorrect and she needs to reset it when she resets the password it doesnt work so i asked her to call me back as my airtime is running out. she says no one will call me back now and i should wait. I have also tried their WhatsApp line and it will be a miracle if someone responds. there is an agent by the name of Talent on the WhatsApp service and that person doesn't respond at all and just ends the chat. I have just signed for this service and this is the hassle i am having to get a service that i have already paid for. I am regretting my decision and would like this service terminated immediately and refunded if not assisted by today as i will go with another provider. i am so disappointed in the *** service i have received an you guys came highly recommended. i want my money back should my connection not be resolved. im frustrated as my daughter attends online classes and she is missing out on lessons. someone needs to get to me asap on either *** or *** you speak to me or my husband
