Just to connect .can't understand the delay

Managed to get connected on the first of April. Changed my debit details at the end of April and made payment on the first of May. Still waiting to be connected. Every time that I called.,my complaint was "escalated".still waiting for some kind of feedback. In the meantime .Don't have Internet. 14 /05/2021
