Just another money hungry corporation

I've given them a fair chance to fix their problems. The sales rep was quick to assist us in getting the router and simcard. Now that we have it we can't use it because the simcard isn't RICA'd yet. The sales rep sais sorry I can't do anything right now. The whatsapp number doesn't respond back. The company number just let's you hold until Kingdom come. At least they got my money, right?
