Invoice needed

I have bee calling supersonic for a month on a weekly basis..and they keep advising i will get my invoice the next morning..i keep geeting the run around to call vumatel yet they have advised that it is with supersonic.. all i want is to get my invoices so that i cam get paid from work..or i need immediate cancellation with a full refund for the two month as i need to now pay a new isp because supersonic will not deliver on a simple request
