Internet down for 4 days and not able to get it fixed by the "Super star" team

Unfortunately I can't submit a 0 start rating.

My internet has been off-line since Thursday. Logged a call on Friday morning. I am making 10+ calls a day to the "Super star" technical support desk with promises that the case officer and manager will phone me back...but I am still waiting!

Supersonic....your service is appalling and the worst I ever experienced!

Get my service restored and give me regular feedback. In the meantime, please also credit me for the days that I've been paying for a service that you were not providing.
