Incorrectly debiting of my account

Bad terrible tacky service.

The invoices they sent me do not correspond with what they have from their system. They overcharged me and now tell me about 21 days to get my refund. They pretend to help you but once you hang the phone up, forget it, you will never hear from them..

Been calling them since the 25th of January and till today, nothing has been resolved!!!

Embarrassing service ever!!! When they get a chance, they must shut down!!!
