Incorrect billing, they won't even investigate phone calls that confirmed cancelation.. Now they still want payment no credit note confirmed.

Please don't sign up with these guys... I've been billed for 3months LTE after they confirmed cancellation as l was moving to fibre.... Their agents confirmed cancelation and collected the router... But now they are still billing for LTE which l don't even have. athey want me to pay more without finalizing my credit notes.... It all feels like a, ****... Inconsistent responce from the agents.. Little effort at all. Please, if you can.. Rather stay away, it's been a month woth them going back and forth.
