*********** staff and poor service, no connection

I had a router installed. Was not given the login details and was told to contact the service provider. I called them more than 4 times and you have to stay on the line waiting for an available agent that won't even help you once you're through to ok one. The call centre staff is *********** and all the time I called I was told different stories like the staff doesn't know anything about the product. I was so fed up that I ended up taking the name and surname of the last agent I spoke to. Her name is Dakalo Makhado. I am sick of this. I had to wait to weeks for the installation and now I have to chase you for my logins but I've paid.
