Have been without internet for 4 days now. They conveniently tell me it's a shortage in the area, however our neighbors who also have Supersonic has no issues. They have escalated the issue, however I am still without internet and without any reason as to why or a timeline as to when this will be fixed. They refuse to let me speak to a manager lr technician to get this sorted This has not been the 1st issue I have with them and will probably not be the last. So sick of their *********** service!!! Definitely going to cancel my account!
