I have rented my property out and the tenants installed fibre through Supersonic at my property. The did not even asked if the owner consent to this. The tenants have now moved and I (the owner) have now moved into my house again. They are now refusing to release the line as the tenants are behind with payments on their contract and are holding the line now to ransom and blocking me to sign up with another provider. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Watch out for this.
