Iffy connection with iffy support!

Go back 12 months and they were faultless but the same cannot be said now! Continual losses in connection and slowdowns in speed and if you want help outside on 8am - 5pm well tough......they offer a 24 hour service with, at best, a 12 hour support! if you are only going to support your product for half the time them make dam sure that it does not fail outside of your support times!!!
