If you want internet connect after loadshedding avoid them at all costs

If you want to have an internet connection after loadshedding, DO NOT use Supersonic. Even if you call them, it doesn’t help. They keep telling you to do the same thing that doesn’t work. It’s really not worth your money, take it somewhere else. I’m typing this is my router is supposedly connected but I’m using my own data because I don’t have WiFi. Really not worth the hassle, rather go somewhere else
