I want my refund

I have been having constant problems with you guys regarding my refund. Its been over 30 days that R1400 was deducted from my account and its been a week since you further debited another R807 from my account after I had requested for you guys to remove me off your debit order system to stop debiting my account ,multiple consultants confirmed that this had been done but my account was still debited. Can you please refund my money back into my account . My case number for my refund is CAS124738-Z5R1D3 and the person responsible for my refund is Lindiwe Zungu. This is utter *******, I will be cancelling with you guys if this is not resolved
