I just give up with these guys

Been over a month now that I have been struggling with supersonic.

As per my last several complaints about them on this site, they just do not care about support. I have had the worst experience with them over the last year that I am actually just depressed about it. The fact that internet is such a difficult thing to get in this country in this day and age that I have to waste R999 in the hopes of getting just a fraction of a good connection once in a blue moon. I have never been so let down by a service provider before and I just do not know what to do anymore. I cannot carry on begging for the service that I am paying so much for. Fibre is 100mbps for the same price but no infrastructure in my area. All I have is this useless offering from Supersonic and MTN and it just drains me having to always call and msg and post and beg on all these platforms. At this point I am even considering paying for normal capped data and trying to survive with an online business using just that.
