I am still waiting for supersonic representative to contact me to finalize the cancellation of the deal and it’s been fire than five days now.

My problem has not been resolved still. I have received any call from supersonic and no one care about the matter. I received an email promising that the problem will be resolved and someone will be in contact with me still to date no one has been in contact with me. I called in several times and still no help I then sent an email to cancel the deal and I was told that a representative will call me it’s been five days no one has called me. I am just tired. I am desperate and frustrated. I’d they can just cancel so that I can go to another ISP.
