HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! ********** I have spent 3 hours this morning alone trying to get the agents to help. They all put you on hold until an hour passes, 2 out of the 4 I spoke to promised to call back and none have called back. Rachel didn't bother either. The 4th agent simply dropped my call after holding for so long when I asked for her name.

I have been billed 4 times in less than a month!!!!!! A debit order went off when I'd already paid and still being charged an extra R999!
