Horrible service

I received my router in October i only received data for 1 month and going forward i did not receive anything going forward till today its been almost 5 months but they are busy deducting in my account every month. I called in January thy said they will call me back they never call, i called again on the 18th of February they gave me a reference number they said they will get back to me the did not. This morning i called them again they said my ticket is still in progress i am so suprised from the 18th till today then clearly someone is not doing his/her job.

I spoke to Rachel she did not help me it looks like she doesn"t even understand anything that i asked her then i question myself how do you put someone who is *********** to receive clients Quiries how is she going to help us because everything that i ask her the only answer that she can give is unfortunately i want. Please assist me as soon as possible i want to cancel this ******* and i hope that my debit order wont processed for this month because if you i am escalating this further. I am working for my only Daughter i cannot donate to supersonic R199 every month never
