horrible service

this is one big nightmare. i was with Neptic and had a problem. since supersonic took over they did not debit my account. after phoning them to try and find out why they dont debit my account (waiting 2 and a halve hours on the phone just to speak to a operator) to find out they suddenly debit a wrong account. made a immediate payment snd send the proof of payment the re connect only 2hours later. just for the next day to be disconnected again. waiting nearly 3 hours to speak to some superstar again. this company must be the biggest joke and worst customerservice ever.
