Horrible service

Horrible service. The worst communication, they only have a WhatsApp line that they barely (if ever) respond to. Never answer calls either. Upgraded my line to a faster speed to be in effect as of 1 April but I am STILL sitting on a worse speed than what I originally had with no help from them
